Call for Speakers

The Call for Speakers for Power BI Next Step is open until May 15, and we’re already thrilled to have received 107 session proposals from 57 speakers—but there’s still time to submit yours!

Join us September 22–23 in Copenhagen for the fifth edition of this in-person, community-driven conference focused entirely on Power BI. With a clear mission to help attendees go beyond the basics, we’re looking for intermediate to advanced-level sessions that bring real-world experience and deep insight to the stage.

We’ll feature three tracks and 18 breakout sessions, each 45 minutes long, all designed for experienced Power BI users. Organized by volunteers and run as a non-profit, Power BI Next Step reinvests all proceeds into future events and the wider data community.

What’s in it for speakers?

  • Three nights of accommodation included
  • Optional training day or social activity (Sep 22)
  • Speaker dinner (Sep 23) and welcome reception (Sep 21)
  • A unique chance to connect with 250+ Power BI professionals from across Europe

Speakers will be notified within 10 days after the CfS closes. The selection process considers multiple factors including topic, level, role, and abstract quality—so we strongly recommend reviewing this blog post on writing great abstracts to help make your submission shine.

Submit your session today and be part of one of the most focused Power BI events of the year.
