This is our signature lightning-round event where fun meets innovation, and creativity beats polish. It’s fast, wild, and full of surprises – and you get to help decide who takes home the crown.
We’re excited to introduce this year’s Shootout challengers:
🔹 Jeroen ter Heerdt – “Tracking the Intractable”
From midnight cries to dirty diapers – Jeroen turns parenting into a beautifully chaotic stream of data. See what happens when enterprise analytics meets the messy reality of new parenthood.
🔹 Phil Seamark – Custom Visual Chaos Incoming
Phil will build a Power BI custom visual live on stage – no pre-built shortcuts, no safety net. Expect real-time coding, crowd interaction, and possibly a game (or four).
🔹 Marjolein Opsteegh – The Power of Conditional Formatting
Marjolein will show how smart formatting can transform adoption and impact, even turning the grumpiest report user into a fan.

Known for her scripting wizardry, Paulina is cooking up a high-energy, visually surprising demo rooted in model automation and Power BI magic.
