Become a Speaker at the Next Step Conference

The Power BI Next Step Conference, has officially opened its Call for Speakers. Scheduled for September 12th and 13th, this in-person conference will take place in the scenic city of Aarhus, Denmark. Organizers are inviting submissions from international experts who are ready to share their intermediate to advanced knowledge in Power BI.

Now in its fourth edition, the Power BI Next Step Conference is known for its commitment to advancing Power BI expertise among users who have moved beyond the basics. The conference has a rich history of being organized by seasoned event organizers who volunteer their time. All proceeds from the event are reinvested into future conferences and other community events, highlighting the non-profit nature of this endeavor.

The upcoming conference has three tracks hosting a total of 18 breakout sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. These sessions are specifically designed for intermediate, advanced, or expert level participants, ensuring that every attendee leaves with valuable insights. With a venue capacity of up to 300 participants, the event is poised to be a significant gathering of Power BI enthusiasts.

The selection process for speakers will begin immediately after the closure of the Call for Speakers on May 15th, with feedback provided within 10 days. Selected speakers can look forward to a welcoming reception on the evening of September 11th, a choice between a training day or social activity on the 12th, an exclusive dinner on the 13th, and a sightseeing or activity session on the morning of the 14th. Participation in these events is optional but offers a unique opportunity for speakers to network and enjoy their time in Denmark. Additionally, the conference will cover a minimum of two nights’ accommodation for speakers, along with all events and activities in the program.
