By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
Registration & Payment
Your participation is confirmed once payment has been completed and you receive a confirmation email.
Tickets are issued to individuals but may be transferred according to the section below.
No Right of Withdrawal
Conference tickets are exempt from the standard consumer right of withdrawal, as they relate to leisure services provided on a specific date or period.
Once purchased, tickets are therefore binding.
No Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled entirely by the organizer.
Changes to speakers, agenda, session titles, or format do not qualify for a refund.

Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant at no extra cost.

Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to adjust program content, speakers, timings, venue details, or format if required.
Such changes do not entitle the participant to a refund.
Event Cancellation
If circumstances require us to cancel the event completely, our liability is limited to refunding the ticket price paid.
We are not responsible for travel, hotel, salary, or other indirect costs.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruption, or similar events.
Code of Conduct
All participants must follow our Code of Conduct.
Violation may result in removal without refund.
Photography & Media
Photos and video may be captured during the event and used for marketing, documentation, and future promotion.
By attending, you consent to appear in such materials.
Communication Related to Your Participation
By purchasing a ticket, you accept that we may send you necessary operational emails related to:
- event preparation
- practical logistics
- changes or updates
- post-event materials (slides, photos, evaluations)
These messages are strictly service communications and do not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing.
Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law..
