General Ticket Sale Terms
Tickets for Power BI Next Step are sold as final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, except as expressly stated in this policy.
No Refunds or Returns
Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all ticket types, including but not limited to early bird, standard, group, and partner ticket categories.
This policy is in place because we purchase services and commitments (including conference access, catering, and other event arrangements) based on confirmed ticket sales long before the event takes place.
Transferring Your Ticket
You may transfer your ticket to another person. To transfer a ticket, please contact us at hello@powerbinextstep.com with the following details:
- Your name and contact information
- The ticket you wish to transfer
- The name, company, and email address of the new ticket holder
We will update your ticket information and send confirmation to both parties.
Event Cancellation or Significant Changes
In the unlikely event that Power BI Next Step is cancelled or significantly changed, we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible and provide information on next steps.
If the event is cancelled entirely and cannot be rescheduled, we will offer you either:
a) A refund of the ticket price, OR
b) A credit/voucher equivalent to the ticket value for a future Power BI Next Step event (valid for [12 months] from issue date).
If the event is altered (date change, venue change, itinerary change, content change) but still takes place, no refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
Consumer Rights
This policy is without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (including Danish consumer legislation). Where applicable statutory rights cannot be excluded, this policy will operate subject to those rights.
